You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or another person's identity during registration. 7jl16 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided during or after registration.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active 7jl16 account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 7jl16 will suspend all associated accounts and conduct a review. Balances may be withheld pending the outcome of that review.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7jl16 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, share your account with another individual, or allow any other person to access or use your account for any reason. 7jl16 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date at all times. Changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be communicated to 7jl16 promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests pending verification.
7jl16 is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit government-issued identification documents and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed on accounts that have not completed KYC verification. 7jl16 reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time.
7jl16 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and Visa debit/credit cards. Payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in PHP with no currency conversion fees applied by 7jl16.
The minimum single deposit on 7jl16 is PHP 500. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to 1 hour during normal operating conditions. 7jl16 does not apply deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum single withdrawal on 7jl16 is PHP 200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1 to 4 hours. By depositing funds to your 7jl16 account, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 7jl16 is a reporting entity under Philippine AML law and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to your 7jl16 account — without first exhausting the 7jl16 dispute resolution process — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 7jl16 will immediately suspend any account subject to a chargeback and may pursue recovery of fraudulently reversed funds through legal channels.
All bonuses and promotional offers on 7jl16 are subject to specific terms and conditions including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, time limits, and withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated on the individual promotion page and constitute part of these Terms when a Player claims a promotion.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7jl16 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any withdrawn funds obtained through abuse.
Each game available on the 7jl16 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay disputes for that game only.
All electronic gaming outcomes on 7jl16 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. 7jl16 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a gaming session, 7jl16 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's balance. All sports betting wagers on 7jl16 are subject to acceptance at the discretion of 7jl16. A bet is confirmed only when the Player receives a bet confirmation reference number in the platform. 7jl16 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager placed on the Platform at any time, including after initial acceptance, if an error in odds pricing is identified or if the bet falls outside the Platform's risk management parameters.
Odds displayed on the 7jl16 sports betting section are updated in real time and may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change during bet placement, you will be notified and asked to confirm the new odds before the bet is accepted. All bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant sport's governing body. In-play bets are subject to applicable delay rules as displayed in the platform.
If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned after less than the minimum valid playing time specified in the sport-specific rules, bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. If an event is rescheduled within 48 hours, bets may remain valid at 7jl16's discretion. 7jl16's decision on bet settlement in disputed events is final and binding, subject to the PAGCOR complaints process.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7jl16 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
7jl16 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; suspicious account activity; fraudulent conduct; or a request from PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities. During a suspension, the Player may be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. The Player's balance will be preserved during any suspension pending the outcome of an investigation.
7jl16 may permanently terminate an account upon confirmation of a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be reviewed, and a determination will be made regarding their return based on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination for cause. 7jl16 will notify the Player of termination and the grounds for it via their registered email address.
A Player may request the closure of their 7jl16 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing the account, 7jl16 will confirm any outstanding Real Money Balance and process a withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure requests made as part of a Responsible Gaming self-exclusion will be treated with priority and processed within 24 hours.

7jl16's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7jl16's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 7jl16 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
7jl16's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by the 7jl16 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 7jl16 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. You have rights to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data held by 7jl16, subject to legal retention obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulatory requirements, the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and all other applicable Philippine legislation.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7jl16 platform, you must first contact the 7jl16 support team and allow up to 10 business days for a resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the 7jl16 internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree that the decision of PAGCOR on gaming-related disputes shall be final and binding. For disputes outside PAGCOR's remit, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall apply.
